Mauricio and his crew do fantastic interior and exterior work. Recently was the 3rd time we have used him over many years and, as always, we are very pleased with the outcome. Many neighbors saw the good work he did on our home and quickly hired him to work on theirs as well. He does great prep work which makes the job look better and last longer than competitors, thoroughly cleans up of the job site each day, includes extra touches you didn't expect and does all this for a very fair price. Mr. Mauricio and his crew did a wonderful job in our basement. They were able to bring it back to life. They did everything from painting and replacing the drywall that had mold. They also did a nice job cleaning up.

Our real estate agent recommended LA Custom Painting to us when we purchased a townhouse in need of significant maintenance and cosmetic updates. We have used them for a number of jobs, and every single one has been completed on time, on budget, and with the utmost professionalism. We had them paint the entire interior, which included extensive trim, molding, wainscoting, mantelpieces, and built-in bookcases before we moved in; and because we were relocating from out of the area, we were able to transact the entire business remotely. Mauricio Lizama, the company's proprietor, stayed in close contact by phone and email, and always got in touch if he had a question about how to proceed, or if he needed clarification on how we wanted something done. He is also just a delight to work with, and very personable. When we arrived on moving day, the house looked beautiful. Since then, we have used LA Custom Painting to power wash and paint the exterior of our house, and repair and paint our balcony deck. We also had him return to do some more interior painting after our kitchen and bath renovation. We are very pleased with the work, and will continue to use LA Custom Painting for any future work we may have.

 You and your team did such an amazing job on the house--especially the front porch.  Alex and I can't believe how great it looks.

You really went above and beyond what we asked you to do.  From finding and matching the paint color, to repainting the banisters and wall along the walkway, to power washing the wood.  

Really, we are so appreciative.  We'll will definitely recommend you to our friends and call again if we ever need more painting.
